Custom Orders
Because each polo shirt is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily replace or fix the item at no extra cost.
How to Start a Return
Email us at [customyourpolo@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Non-Custom Items
If we offer non-custom items in the future, they may be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
